The U.S. Department of Justice (US DOJ) is responsible for enforcement and technical assistance related to title II (state and local government) and title III (private business) of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
The US DOJ document collection currently consists of all documents in
the Electronc Reading Roon at US DOJ. The US DOJ Electronic Reading Room
is a collection of interpretive and enforcement documents made available
to the public by the U.S. Department of Justice. The documents include
US DOJ technical assistance letters sent out to constituents who have
sent in letters requesting information about the ADA, as well as court
settlement and other court-related documents involving the enforcement
of the ADA's provisions. The search box above provides access to the entire
US DOJ Electronic Reading Room document collection. Enter search terms
