People with disabilities comprise the largest minority group in the U.S. The 54 million Americans with disabilities are potential customers for businesses that are accessible. The primary focus of this training will be tips for providing outstanding customer service to people who possess billions of dollars in discretionary spending: people with disabilities.
Cost: $15.00, includes training, materials, dinner.
